Werner is the founder of ProjectLink and a director of the company. He completed a PhD in Strategy, Program, and Portfolio Management at SKEMA Business School in France in 2014 and has more than 22 years’ experience in project, program, and portfolio management. He is responsible for research and development at ProjectLink, and his current research interests include decision making, neuroeconomics, quantitative risk analysis, and machine learning.

He also holds a position as Extraordinary Senior Lecturer at the University of Pretoria. Werner has presented papers at several project management research conferences and PMI congresses in Europe and the USA on topics of decision making, estimation, and quantitative risk management.

Hannes is the Managing Director at ProjectLink. He is a highly skilled and qualified professional in the project management industry and has over 25 years of experience in various industries such as; mining, agriculture, military, automotive, engineering and transportation.

He has held the position of project manager on most of the projects that he has been involved in and he has performed numerous project reviews, estimate reviews, and maturity assessments regularly.
