Michael has been in the eLearning industry for almost 10 years. He currently serves as the Managing Director of New Leaf Technologies, a leading learning technologies and solutions provider based in South Africa with a global footprint. Michael has overseen many projects in the corporate training space, working on a multitude of well-known brands such as Bidvest, Nando’s, Allan Gray, Nissan, and the Emirates National Oil Company. His area of expertise lies in the creation of memorable and didactically aligned eLearning journeys, all supported by a thorough understanding of training strategies and the technologies used to achieve it.

A degree in Content Development also gives Michael a unique skillset with detailed technical understanding which has also allowed him opportunity to gain valuable experience outside of the Learning sector as well. He has been involved in high profile projects such as Nelson Mandela’s Memorial and the MTV Africa Music Awards.
